Which Features Require Pro?

GoshLinks Free includes the core short-link workflow. Pro unlocks advanced tools for larger sites, teams, migrations, and reporting.

Included in Free

  • Create and edit short links.
  • Activate and deactivate links.
  • Delete links.
  • Choose a Base Path.
  • Choose a default redirect type.
  • Set default fallback pages.
  • Track total click counts.
  • Use All Links search, filters, display controls, and status switches.

Requires Pro

  • Advanced Links - Start Dates, Expiry Dates, Expiry Actions, and Deactivated URLs.
  • Bulk Editing - Bulk activate, disable, delete, redirect type changes, and selected-link export.
  • Advanced Stats - Charts, date ranges, country data, traffic sources, and detailed click reports.
  • Import and Export - GoshLinks JSON imports and full exports.
  • YOURLS Import - Import from YOURLS locally or using the YOURLS exporter plugin.
  • Data Management - Global click-data deletion tools.
  • Help Notes - Team notes below built-in plugin help.

How To Tell If a Feature Is Locked

If a feature requires Pro and the current licence does not allow it, GoshLinks shows a Pro upgrade message in that feature area.

How To Unlock Pro Features

Install and activate GoshLinks Pro, then activate an authorised Pro or Agency licence from GoshLinks > Settings > Licence.
