Terms

Terms of use for GoshLinks

These terms explain how you may use the GoshLinks website, WordPress plugin, account area, licensing services, downloads, updates, support, and related services.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using GoshLinks, creating an account, downloading the plugin(s), activating a licence key, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use GoshLinks.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, the updated terms will apply from the date they are posted on this page. Your continued use of GoshLinks after an update means you accept the updated terms.

GoshLinks provides software and services for managing branded short links in WordPress. This may include a website, WordPress plugin downloads, documentation, account tools, licence activation, customer support, software updates, and related systems.

Features, plan limits, access rules, supported versions, and availability may change over time as the product develops.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to access downloads, licence keys, billing details, support requests, or other account features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly through the support options on the website.

4. Licences and plan access

GoshLinks licences control access to plugin downloads, updates, support, and plan features. Your access depends on your plan, licence status, payment status, site activation limits, and the entitlement rules linked to your account.

You may not share, resell, publish, or transfer licence keys unless we expressly allow it. You must not attempt to bypass licence checks, activation limits, download controls, or feature restrictions.

Free, Pro, Agency, lifetime, subscription, promotional, and manually issued licences may have different access rights, limits, expiry rules, support eligibility, and update eligibility.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and renewals

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, such as Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, currency, and available payment methods are shown at checkout or in your account area.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. If a payment fails, access to paid features, downloads, updates, or support may be limited, suspended, or downgraded until payment is resolved.

One-time or lifetime purchases provide the access described at the time of purchase, subject to these terms, licence rules, and any limits shown for that plan.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription from the available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund past charges.

GoshLinks offers a 30 day money back guarantee on paid plans unless a different written offer applies. Refund requests should be made through our support options and may require enough information to identify the purchase.

If a refund is issued, we may revoke or downgrade the related licence, disable paid access, and remove related paid entitlements.

7. Software updates and compatibility

We may provide plugin updates, fixes, improvements, and new features. Updates may require a current licence, an active plan, or a compatible version of WordPress, PHP, browsers, hosting software, or other third-party systems.

We aim to keep GoshLinks reliable, but we do not guarantee that the plugin or website will be compatible with every theme, plugin, hosting environment, browser, or third-party service.

8. Support

Support is provided through the support channels made available on the GoshLinks website. Support access may depend on your licence, plan, account status, or the type of request.

We may ask for technical information, screenshots, logs, plugin versions, website details, or other context needed to investigate a support request. We may decline support for heavily modified, unsupported, abusive, unlawful, or unrelated use cases.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse GoshLinks. This includes not:

  • using GoshLinks for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity;
  • attempting to access accounts, licences, downloads, or data you are not allowed to access;
  • circumventing licence checks, payment checks, rate limits, or security controls;
  • interfering with the website, plugin services, APIs, email systems, or infrastructure;
  • uploading malicious files, code, or content through support or account features;
  • copying, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing paid software or licence keys without permission;
  • using automated systems to create spam accounts, abuse support, scrape protected content, or overload the service.

10. Your content and data

You retain ownership of content, information, files, messages, and other materials you submit to GoshLinks. You grant us the right to use that material as needed to provide the service, process support requests, manage licences, improve the product, protect the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information or files you submit are lawful and that you have the right to provide them.

Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Intellectual property

GoshLinks, including its website, plugin, code, design, branding, documentation, workflows, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of GoshLinks to you.

Subject to your licence and these terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use GoshLinks for your own websites or business purposes.

12. Third-party services

GoshLinks may rely on third-party services for payments, hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, storage, licensing, or other operations. These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, settings, fees, policies, or integrations outside our control.

13. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but GoshLinks may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, changed, or discontinued from time to time. This may happen because of maintenance, upgrades, security issues, third-party outages, hosting problems, or other operational needs.

We may add, remove, rename, or change features, plans, limits, and technical requirements. Where practical, we will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to existing customers.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate access to GoshLinks if we believe you have breached these terms, failed to pay amounts due, abused the service, created security or legal risk, or used the product in a way that may harm us, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using GoshLinks at any time. Some account, billing, licence, support, and transaction records may be retained where reasonably needed for operations, compliance, dispute handling, or security.

15. Disclaimers

GoshLinks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly secure, compatible with every system, or suitable for every purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining backups, testing updates, managing your websites, and deciding whether GoshLinks is suitable for your needs.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GoshLinks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to GoshLinks will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant GoshLinks plan or service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

17. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, use the contact or support options provided on the GoshLinks website.
