Using Table View and Stacked View

Switch between table and stacked layouts so the All Links page fits the way you prefer to work.

Using Table View and Stacked View

The All Links page includes two display modes: Table View and Stacked View.

Table View

Table View shows links in a traditional WordPress admin table. This is useful when you want to compare many links quickly across columns.

Use Table View when:

  • You want a dense list of links.
  • You are sorting or scanning by column.
  • You want the familiar WordPress table layout.

Stacked View

Stacked View shows each link as a card-like stacked layout. This can be easier when links have long URLs or many fields.

Use Stacked View when:

  • Long Target URLs make the table difficult to read.
  • You prefer each link to be shown as its own block.
  • You want to choose exactly which fields appear in the stacked layout.

Stacked View Fields

When Stacked View is active, a Stacked View Fields panel appears. Use it to choose which fields are shown on each stacked card.

The following fields are always shown:

  • Slug
  • Status
  • Actions

Screen Options

Screen Options still control which columns are visible in Table View and how many links are shown per page.

Tip

Your display preference is saved, so you can choose the view that feels best for your workflow and continue working that way.
