Stats Charts Are Empty or Missing Data

Stats charts depend on detailed click tracking data. If charts are empty, the link may not have detailed records for the selected date range.

Check Detailed Click Tracking

Go to GoshLinks > Settings > Setup and make sure Track detailed click log for stats is enabled.

This setting records the detailed click rows used by Advanced Stats.

Check Total Click Tracking

Keep Track total click counts enabled as well if you want totals to update throughout the plugin.

Check the Date Range

On the Stats page, use the quick range buttons or clear the custom date range.

If the selected range has no clicks, the charts may appear empty even if the link has older data.

Check Whether the Link Has Click Data

Open the All Links page and check the Clicks column. If the total is zero, there may not be any recorded visits for that link.

Check Imported Click Data

If the link was imported, make sure click data was included and selected during import.

Check Pro Licence

Advanced Stats require Pro. If Pro is not active and authorised for this site, detailed charts will not be available.

Common Causes

• Detailed click tracking was disabled.
• The selected date range has no clicks.
• Click data was not imported.
• Stats for the link were deleted.
• The Pro licence is not active on this site.
