Managing Links on the All Links Page

The All Links page is the main place to view and manage your GoshLinks short links.

What You Can Do

  • Create new links.
  • Search and filter existing links.
  • Copy short URLs.
  • Open short links in a new tab.
  • Edit links.
  • Delete links.
  • Turn links on or off using the Status switch.
  • View click totals when tracking is enabled.
  • Open detailed stats when Pro Advanced Stats are available.

Page Buttons

  • Add New - Opens the Add New Link page.
  • Activate Bulk Editing (Pro) - Opens the Bulk Editing page where you can do bulk edits and selected-link exports.

Table Columns

  • Slug - Click the slug badge to copy the short URL.
  • Title - Shows the link title and any private notes.
  • Short URL - The public short link.
  • Target URL - The destination visitors are sent to.
  • Deactivated URL (Pro) - The per-link inactive destination, if set.
  • Type - Shows whether the link uses a 301 or 302 redirect.
  • Clicks - Shows recorded click totals when click tracking is enabled.
  • Start (Pro) - Shows the start date for scheduled links.
  • End (Pro) - Shows the expiry date for expiring links.
  • Status - Switches the link on or off.
  • Actions - Copy, open, stats, edit, and delete controls.

Action Icons

  • Copy - Copies the short URL.
  • Open - Opens the short link in a new tab.
  • Stats (Pro) - Opens detailed stats when available.
  • Edit - Opens the link editor.
  • Delete - Permanently deletes the link and its click data.

Screen Options

Use the WordPress Screen Options panel to choose how many links appear per page and which columns are visible.

Tips

  • Use search when you know part of the slug, title, or Target URL.
  • Use filters to quickly find active, deactivated, duplicate, or Pro time-based links.
  • Use the Status switch when you want to temporarily stop a link without deleting it.
