Importing Help Notes
Help Notes are Pro notes that appear below the built-in help instructions inside GoshLinks.
When Help Notes Are Included
Help Notes are included in a GoshLinks export when the Help notes export section is selected.
The export filename includes h when Help Notes are included.
How To Import Help Notes
- Go to GoshLinks > Settings > Import.
- Open GoshLinks Import.
- Upload a GoshLinks JSON export file.
- In the review step, select Help notes if it is available.
- Click Start Import.
What Gets Imported
GoshLinks imports Help Notes for the available help areas, including main plugin pages and individual Settings tabs.
Pro Licence Requirement
Help Notes are a Pro feature. If the site is not currently using Pro, saved notes do not show in help panels, but they can remain stored for when Pro is active again.
Tip
If you want to move team instructions from one site to another, export and import the Help notes section along with the plugin settings.
