GoshLinks Pro lets you export only specific links from the Bulk Editing page.
This is different from the full export in Settings, which exports site-wide sections such as setup settings, default settings, and all links.
When To Use Selected-Link Export
- You only need to move a small group of links.
- You want to share a selected set of links.
- You want a smaller export file.
- You do not need all plugin settings or all links.
- You want to export link QR customisations for only certain links.
Step 1: Open Bulk Editing
Go to GoshLinks > All Links and click Activate Bulk Editing.
Step 2: Select Links
Select one or more links using the checkboxes.
If you need to choose links across multiple pages, enable Select across pages.
Step 3: Review the Selection
Use Show to review all selected links before exporting. This is useful when selections were made across multiple pages.
Step 4: Click Export
Click the Export button in the bulk action bar.
A popover asks what information to export.
Links are required. The Link QR code customisations and Stats options depend on the selected links because they do not make sense without the matching link records.
Export Options
Depending on what you need, you can include:
- Links - The selected short links and their main link settings.
- Link QR code customisations - Per-link QR branding choices, such as custom colours, logo settings, and other saved QR customisations.
- Stats - Saved activity data for the selected links, including clicks and QR scans.
Generated QR image files are not included in this JSON export. QR codes are regenerated from the imported short links on the destination site.
If QR logo image assets are needed for default or per-link QR branding, GoshLinks includes those assets where possible.
Step 5: Download
Click Download. GoshLinks downloads a JSON file containing the selected export data.
Filename
Selected-link exports include selected in the filename.
The filename also includes section letters that describe what is inside the export.
For example, an export that includes links, stats, and link QR customisations may include letters for those sections in the filename.

Tip
If you need actual QR code image files, use the QR Codes tool in Bulk Editing to download QR codes as a ZIP file instead of using the JSON export.
