Contacting Support About Billing or Account Access

If you need help with billing, invoices, subscriptions, or account access, contact GoshLinks support with enough information to identify the account.

Include This Information

  • The account email address.
  • The licence key, if available.
  • The website URL using the licence.
  • The plan name, if known.
  • The approximate purchase or renewal date.
  • Any order number, invoice number, or receipt information.
  • A clear description of what you need help with.

Do Not Send Sensitive Payment Details

Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or private payment information in a support message.

Common Support Requests

  • Cannot access the account.
  • Need a copy of an invoice.
  • Licence key is missing.
  • Licence site limit needs help.
  • Subscription renewal failed.
  • Need to move a licence to another website.
