## GoshLinks v3

GoshLinks v3 is a major usability and interface update focused on making day-to-day link management faster, clearer, and more polished across the plugin.

### Highlights

- Added a **stacked view** for the All Links page, alongside the existing table view - Added a **view switcher** and saved the user’s preferred view with user meta - Added **separate screen options** behaviour for table and stacked views - Added a **slug colour mode switcher** so users can choose between colour-coded slugs and a plain standard style - Added the **Deactivated URL** column to All Links and stacked view, with screen option support - Improved **mobile and responsive behaviour** across All Links and Bulk Editing - Refreshed the **Settings** screens so they match the newer polished admin styling - Restored and improved **licence / Pro add-on warning notices** - Reworked the **Bulk Editing** page with a cleaner layout, better controls, and improved URL handling - Reworked the **Stats** page into a more useful single-page dashboard layout

### All Links improvements

The All Links page received the biggest upgrade in v3.

#### New stacked view A new stacked card-style view was added so users can switch away from the traditional table layout when they want a more readable, mobile-friendly way to scan links.

#### View preference saving The selected view is now remembered per user, so GoshLinks opens in the view each user last chose.

#### Separate screen options by view Screen options were improved so table view and stacked view can behave independently instead of forcing one set of choices onto both layouts.

#### Deactivated URL support The Deactivated URL field can now be shown in both table and stacked views, and is included in screen options.

#### Slug display improvements Slug styling was refined further with: - support for colour-coded state styling - support for a plain standard mode - better font sizing and weight - better consistency between desktop and mobile

#### Better free-plan visual consistency Where only the Active state is relevant, slug colouring was adjusted so the visual language stays aligned with the available filters.

### Bulk Editing improvements

Bulk Editing was heavily refined in v3.

#### Cleaner layout and responsive behaviour The page layout was improved so it works better on both desktop and smaller screens.

#### Better URL handling Very long URLs no longer make the interface unusable. The page now handles long links much more cleanly.

#### Semantic table classes Bulk Editing table cells were updated with clearer semantic classes, making the layout and future styling more maintainable.

#### URL reveal popovers Long Short URL and Target URL values now support inline reveal behaviour with an eye icon, giving users quick access to: - the full URL - copy action - open action - close control

#### Improved action buttons The bulk action buttons were redesigned into a clearer visual button-card style with: - stronger icon-led actions - cleaner active and disabled states - improved confirm styling - hover/focus readability fixes

#### Search placement improvements The search bar was moved onto its own row above the filters for a cleaner layout.

### Settings page refresh

Several settings screens were brought into the newer card-based admin style so the plugin feels much more consistent throughout.

Updated and polished areas included: - Setup - Data Management - Import - Export - Licence

The base path warning language was also improved so users are warned more clearly before changing the path used by existing links.

### Licence and Pro add-on messaging

The licence and entitlement experience was improved with clearer behaviour when a qualifying paid licence exists but the Pro add-on is inactive.

This included: - restoring the internal warning notice - improving its wording - linking users directly to the Plugins page - ensuring it appears in the correct plugin message area - stabilising its layout on affected admin pages

### Stats page rework

The Stats screen was reworked into a more modern single-page dashboard layout.

Instead of making users jump between tabs, the page now presents key information in a more unified view, including:

- top page metadata - date range controls - quick range buttons - main traffic chart - summary / historical click counts - location reporting - traffic source reporting

The location section was also improved with a **Top 5 countries** display and a **See More** popover for the full country list.

### Overall result

GoshLinks v3 makes the plugin feel more polished, more flexible, and much easier to use in real day-to-day work.

The biggest wins in this release are: - faster scanning and management of links - better view flexibility - a much stronger Bulk Editing experience - cleaner settings pages - improved licence-state clarity - a more useful stats experience
